Volunteers, we are looking for 4 to 6 volunteers who would be willing to help unload vans and help with organization back at the office after the 5K.
Tasks include:
- Unloading 5K race gear from vehicles
- Cleaning supplies
- Organizing and putting supplies and gear back
- Enjoying other volunteers company ;)
The race/event ends at 1pm and tear down will happen shortly after. Vehicles should start to arrive back to our Minnetonka office around 2:30 and depending on the number of individuals helping with this opportunity will depend on the finish time but hopefully no later than 5pm. We are so grateful for your help to make this event a success!
