Description

This one hour session will focus on learning the duties and responsibilities of Rescue Support Volunteers.  After a welcome and brief history of The Bond Between, we will tour the office and delve into the activities performed by volunteers in each area.

As a Rescue Support Volunteer, you will come to our office in Minnetonka and help the team with daily tasks. Visitors often arrive to drop off donations, pick up their foster animal, or ask for supplies for their foster animal, and you may be asked to assist them.   Your volunteer shift will include cleaning and organizing the office, doing laundry and helping with donation drop-offs. There are always plenty of activities to work on while at the office!  Volunteers ages 16 and 17 can work with an adult and ages 18+ can volunteer alone.

Following this session, you will be encouraged to sign up for a shift where you can shadow and experienced volunteer to learn more about the resposibilities.

This team plays an important role here at The Bond Between!  We are always ensuring that we have supplies clean, organized and ready for fosters to pick up for their amazing foster animals!
