Volunteer: Training for Pet Food Shelf in MPLS

Ready to make a tangible difference in your community? Join our team as a Food Shelf Volunteer! Training with our trainer Joan will prepare you for the core duties of this essential, yet non-glamorous, role. You'll be the friendly face who helps our shoppers navigate the shopping area and select appropriate food and supplies while adhering to the daily limits. This position also involves important physical work like restocking shelves to keep our operation running smoothly. While the tasks are straightforward and sometimes mundane, the reward is immense: you'll be directly supporting people and their beloved pets during tough times, offering a path to stability and hope. It's truly meaningful work that requires dedication and a desire to help.

Please go to the back door through the parking lot of 2501 Minnehaha Ave. Ring the doorbell and Joan will meet you. Excited to have you on the team!
